Mohamed Salah is an Egyptian footballer who plays for the Egyptian national team and the Premier League team, Liverpool. Born and raised in the village of Gharbia in Egypt, Salah has had a talent for playing the game since he was a child. A youth player with the Egyptian club ‘El Mokawloon’ became a senior player at the club in 2010 after playing in the ‘Egyptian Premier League.’
The Swiss football club FC Basel acquired him in 2012. He was born in Nagrig, Gharbia, Egypt, on June 15, 1992, to parents from a middle-class family. His parents were worried about Mohammed’s academic performance.
