Tom Giradi, also known as Thomas Giradi, is a former United States attorney. He founded Girardi & Keese, a law firm in Los Angeles. Tom is also known for being the ex-husband of Erika Jayne, a member of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Thomas Girardi was born in Denver, Colorado, in the United States on June 3, 1939. In 1957, he graduated from Loyola High School with a high school diploma. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree after four years. He earned his J. D. from Loyola Law School in 1964 and his LL. M. from New York University in 1965.
