In 1988, 24-year-old Rob was engaged in an s*x tape wherein he was watched having s*x with a 16-year-old girl. The incident happened in Georgia, the night before the Democratic National Covenant. The legal age of sanction in Georgia was 14 (at the time), which was widened to 16 (in 1995).
