Nawab Shah completed his school education from Mussoorie Modem School, Uttarakhand, and Wynberg Allen School, Uttarakhand. Later, he completed his graduation in BA (History) from the University of Mumbai.
In 1999, he made his Bollywood debut movie “Kartoos” starring Sanjay Dutt and Manisha Koirala as lead actors. In the same year, he performed in another popular movie “Sarfarosh” starring superstar Amir Khan and Sonali Bendre as lead actors.
In 2000, he worked in “Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Hogaya” starring Arwind Swamy and Manisha Koirala as lead actors. While it was directed by Rajeev Kumar, but in this movie, Nawab Shah’s performance was unnoticed and he didn’t get much recognition. In 2001, he worked in “Itifaaq”. In 2004, he acted in two Bollywood movies “Musafir” starring Sunjay Dutt and “Lakshya” starring Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, and Preity Zinta as lead actors. In 2006, Nawab Shah performed in the movie “Jaan-e-Mann”, and also worked in “Luck” which was released in the year 2009.
