Club Career
Niort initially hired Bronn in the summer of 2016 on an amateur deal as a reserve team player. However, Bronn was given the opportunity to participate in three of the team’s preseason friendlies by first team manager Denis Renaud.
Renaud gave Bronn his professional debut on July 29, 2016, in the 0-0 draw with RC Lens on the first matchday of the year at the Stade René Gaillard as a result of Bronn’s efforts in these games. He established himself as a consistent starter for the first team throughout the course of the 2016–17 campaign, teaming up in the center of defense alongside Jérémy Choplin. Niort offered Bronn a three-year professional deal on October 18, 2016.
