John Gotti was born on October 27th, 1940 and was also known as The Teflon Don (Gambino Crime Family) due to the fact that any charge made against him wouldn’t stick more often than not. Gotti was a mobster who eventually worked his way up the crime ladder to became the Boss of the Gambino Crime Family but to begin with, he became involved in small street gangs who were associated with the Mafia. Being born into poverty he and his other 4 brothers all turned to crime, they would all end up becoming made men in the Gambino Crime Family. By the age of 14, he was well known in his Crime street gang and was quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with. If you wonder where he got his limp from then during this era of his life he attempted to steal a concrete mixer which fell on his toes crushing them. By 16, Gotti had dropped out of High School, ready for his life of crime.
Gotti met his future wife, Victoria DiGiorgio, in 1958. The couple had their first child, a daughter named Angel, in 1961, and were married in 1962. They had four more children, Victoria and three sons John A. “Junior” Gotti, Frank and Peter. Gotti attempted to work legitimately in 1962 as a presser in a coat factory and as an assistant truck driver. However, he could not stay crime-free and by 1966 had been jailed twice.

Starting Out As An Associate
Gotti would end up becoming close friends with Gambino underboss which would help move him up the ranks in the Gambino Crime Family. Gotti and Dellacroce shared similar interests and would hang out at the Ravenite Social Club where mob activities would be discussed. This was a point in Gotti’s life in which he showed that he was an enforcer and a man not to be messed with, although he wasn’t a made-man yet. In 1957 the mob closed the membership books and they weren’t to be opened again for some time.
In 1973 Carlo Gambino’s nephew, Emanuel was murdered and Gotti was assigned as part of the hit team that was going to take out the main suspect who was an Irish-American mobster called James McBratney. Two other men in the hit squad were Ralph Galione and Ruggiero, but the hit went wrong, as they were meant to kidnap McBratney however the event ended with Galione shooting and killing McBratney. Due to a rat being on the inside Gotti was arrested for the murder in the mid ’70s, but with the help of his attorney, he managed to reduce the sentence to a manslaughter charge which resulted in a four-year sentence.
Family Misfortune Hits John Gotti
During the early part of the 1980s, Gotti lost his youngest son Frank at the young age of 12 after he was killed accidentally by John Favara, a neighbor of the Gotti’s in minibike accident. Although the courts ruled the misfortune like an accident, Favara had just killed the son of one of the most feared men in the Mafia and eventually, he disappeared, feared dead. The Gotti’s had the perfect alibi however, at the time of the murder the family was on vacation in Florida. Many believe that John Gotti planned the killing, which was later considered a high possibility in a TV interview with Gotti’s other son, John Gotti Jr (who also joined the mob as an associate).
John Gotti Becoming The Gambino Boss
Gotti became very angry that the likes of Paul Castellano were running the show as boss of the family, and he argued the fact that Castellano was nothing more than a businessman and hadn’t paid his dues on the streets. Add to that the greed and isolation that Castellano put himself under and it all built up to a nasty finale.
In 1984, Paul Castellano was arrested and indicted in a RICO case, and not more than a year later, a second indictment came his way for his role in the The Commission. It was at this point that Castellano was facing a lengthy prison sentence, and already at the age of 70 it would have seen him spending his last years locked down. As a result, John Gotti was promoted to acting boss alongside Thomas Bilotti (Castellano’s favorite Capo). However, by now Gotti had already started talks with Sammy Gravano, and other unsettled family mobsters to take out Castellano. The group of five called themselves The Fist and had the full backing of other bosses-in-waiting from as well as Joseph N Gallo, who at the time was the consigliere.
Gotti became involved in a full-fledged criminal career right after he was linked with Carmine Fatico. He and with his two brothers, Gene and Ruggiero, started carrying out truck hijackings at John F. Kennedy International Airport Teflon.
In 1968, he was arrested by the FBI for the ‘United hijacking’. Even when he was out on bail, he was again arrested for hijacking on the New Jersey Turnpike. In the same year, he spent around 3 years at Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary Teflon.
He and his brother Ruggiero started working at the Bergin Hunt and Fish Club, under Fatico. Gotti started managing Bergin’s illicit gambling. He was soon made the acting capo of the Bergin crew in 1972.
In 1973, Gotti was arrested for killing the Irish-American gangster James McBratney along with a team assigned to him by Carlo Gambino, for killing his nephew Emanuel Gambino. He received a 4-year sentence.
After his release, Gotti was made the capo of the Bergin Crew and was initiated in the Gambino family in 1977. He was considered to be Dellacroce’s port. Alongside, Gotti also practiced loan sharking and financed drug deals.
In 1980, his youngest son Frank was killed in a minibike accident by a neighbor called John Favara. Although he apologized to Gottis he was abducted and presumably killed. It was believed he was murdered by Gotti.
He got into a squabble with a refrigerator mechanic Romual Piecyk and later Gotti was charged by the police with assault and robbery in 1984. He was also prosecuted along with Dellacroce in a racketeering case.
Around the same time, after Castellano’s arrest, Gotti was made the acting boss of the Gambino family. Gotti was interested in overthrowing Castellano for good because he thought of him as greedy and way too authoritative.
In 1985, Dellacroce died of cancer and Castellano made Thomas Gambino as the sole acting boss and Thomas Bilotti as the underboss. Gotti started conspiring to kill him. Castellano was killed under Gotti’s command in 1985.
Gotti was officially appointed as the new head of the Gambino family in 1986. He appointed DeCicco as his new underboss. Gambino family was considered as the most powerful American mafia family under his command.
In 1985, Gotti was put in jail after his bail was revoked owing to evidence of him being involved in intimidation in the Piecyk case. He promoted Joseph Armone as the underboss in his absence.
In 1987, Gotti was cleared off all the charges and his codefendants were also released. This is the reason why he was called ‘The Teflon Don’ by the American media as none of the legal charges ever ‘stuck’ with him.
In 1992, after the FBI changed the conviction of Gotti into an organizational crime campaign, he was arrested for murder and racketeering when his new underboss Sammy Gravano testified against him.
He was sentenced to life imprisonment and sent to the federal prison in Marion, Illinois. There was no possibility of parole for him this time. He made his eldest son John Gotti, Jr. as the acting boss, who pleaded guilty in 1999.
Gotti remained in jail until 2002 and faced assault there at the hands of Walter Johnson, a fellow inmate. He was also subjected to solitary confinement and was allowed out of his cell only for an hour daily. He died of cancer there.

Facts About Rishabh Pant
Does Rishabh Pant drink alcohol?: Not Known
Does he smoke?: No
Rishabh always wanted to be a cricketer and grew-up idolizing Australian Wicket-keeper Batsman, Adam Gilchrist.
He represented the Rajasthan at U-14 and U-16 levels. For being an outsider, he faced discrimination in the Rajasthan cricket circle and was thrown out of an academy.
Pant moved from Rajasthan to Delhi, to save his cricketing career, which proved to be the right move for him; as he played exceptionally well for Delhi at various age-level tournaments, and made his first-class debut for Delhi in 2015.
When he started playing for the India-A team, its coach Rahul Dravid played a big role in grooming his batting skills as he used to spend long hours with Pant to improve his batting.
In 2016, Delhi Daredevils bought him for ₹1.9 crores from a base price of ₹10 lakhs.
He is known to be a prankster yet emotional person.
According to his coach, Tarak Sinha, it was Ashish Nehra who had first discovered his ability to represent India player almost a decade before he represented India.

FAQs
Will Rishabh Pant be next Dhoni?
Rishabh Pant is really a very talented batsman who can knock out the opposition single-handedly and can change the game on his own, he has a kind of similar explosive batting style as compared to Dhoni with great hitting power. The most significant thing which differs him from MSD is maturity and calmness while making the shot selection. Most of the time Pant just throws his wicket with very average kind of shot selection in the rush of blood. This is a huge factor especially when you’re a finisher for the team as the team needs you in deciding moments of the match.
Who is best, Kl Rahul or Rishabh Pant?
If you consider the white-ball international format, then KL Rahul is better than Pant. KL Rahul is in form of his life in white-ball cricket over the last year. He has done really well both as an opener and middle-order batsman whenever he got opportunities. It is shame that he is not a regular member of Test Cricket. His talent and class don’t justify that.
Is Rishabh Pant the next Virat Kohli?
Yes, He might be the next big thing in Indian cricket but for that, he has to work really hard. He has to live up to his potential. Pant has scored well in first-class cricket but he has to prove his mettle in international cricket. He is quite young and has time on his side. And of the best thing is that he is a wicket-keeper. He could be the one who could replace MSD once he retires. Or he could be like what Quinton de Kock is for SA.
Do you think India should replace Wriddhiman Saha with Rishabh Pant in test match cricket
India should consider Wriddhiman Saha playing in the test squad until he retires or is capable to play potential. On the other hand, Rishabh Pant is a great talent today, but Saha’s position shouldn’t be compromised. He’s the best keeper out there at least for test matches. Pant should be given adequate matches for coping up his momentum in the game, But replacing isn’t the solution.

With Radamel Falcao Biography Facts, we provide you with a complete account of notable events from his childhood to the present. Falcao’s biography examines his life before fame, his family life, and many OFF and ON-Pitch little-known facts.

Radamel Falcao Childhood Life And Family Background
The football legend, Radamel Falcao Garcia Zarate, was born in Santa Marta, Colombia on the 10th of February 1986.
He was born to Radamel Garcia, a former footballer, and Carmenza Zárate, a housekeeper.
Upon his birth, his father named him Falcao in honor of the ex-Brazilian midfielder Paulo Alberto Falcao. His family does not include him.
In ideal circumstances, no member of his family has ever used the name Falcao. Although he could only crawl when he was a child, he watched his dad play football and requested the same size football to be placed at his feet.
His tenacity earned him the nickname “El Tigre” (“The Tiger”) from teammates at Club Atlético River Plate in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As can be seen here, he has grown into a handsome boy with a fine open tooth.
After moving to Club Atlético River Plate in Argentina, he moved to FC Porto in Portugal and Atlético Madrid in Spain, where they finished fifth in the 2012 Ballon d’Or voting.
In Columbia, the Radamel Falcao Family is well-known for its football males and devoted mother.
First of all, his father Radamel Enrique García was born in Santa Marta in 1956. As a father, he shared a greater football heritage with his son.
During the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, Radamel Garcia was a star football player. He earned the right to use his son (Falcao) as the team’s mascot due to his popularity.
As with Leroy Sane, Edinson Cavani, and Juan Mata, Radamel Falcao is supported by his father.
About Radamel Falcao Mother
In any case, if we add the fact that Carmenza Zárate is the mother of Radamel Falcao to the name, many will be shocked.
Although she was the wife of a footballer who traveled the world and didn’t settle in one place, she knew how to guide him.
As a footballer, I was willing to help him form, grow, mature, and let him take his own path with free will.
When he was a child, she taught him about Jesus through bedtime stories. The person who always supported Falcao in soccer and in his search for God was his mother.
Radamel Falcao and his mother remain inseparable to this day. Having understood his vocation from an early age, she dedicated her life to accompanying, supporting, and inspiring him.
When her son was criticized in England, the mother of the Colombian striker spoke publicly to put an end to all the rumors.
Carmenza Zárate writes, “The world of football has witnessed Radamel Falcao Garcia’s reign.”
It has been criticized by some and supported by others. It is my pleasure to tell you all that my son will return to his best level as soon as possible. His strength and abilities are in my hands.”
Upon rejoining Monaco, her son returned to his goal-scoring ways.
Lastly, Falcao’s mother graduated from the prestigious National University of Colombia with a degree in Economics.
Someday, she dreams of becoming Minister of Finance for the country. Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Raheem Sterling also received motherly support from Radamel Falcao.

She was born at the Princess Grace Hospital in La Colle, Monaco, on 13 August 2013. It was in February 2015 that he gave birth to his second daughter, Desirée Garca Tarón. His third daughter, Annette García Tarón, was born in August of 2017. Falcao remarried in December 2018.
Both Falcao and Lorelei announced on social media in March 2020 that they were expecting their fourth child. September 2020 marked the birth of Jedediah Garca Tarón, their first son and fourth child.
His children also hold Polish passports, thanks to Monaco teammate Kamil Glik, who helped with the process thanks to his wife’s Polish heritage. The devout Christian Falcao said about his faith that the group hid from him on Sunday when he would ask for us in every room to take us to church.

Life of Nick Pope
Nick Pope was born on April 19, 1992 in Soham, England. He currently plays for the Premier League club Burnley and the English National Football Team. Nick Pope’s zodiac sign is Aries.
Nick Pope began his career with the junior divisions of Ipswich Town before joining Bury Town at the age of 16. He joined League One team Charlton Athletic in May 2011, before loaning out to Harrow Borough, Welling United, Cambridge United, Aldershot Town, York City, and Bury. Pope joined Burnley of the Premier League in July 2016.
Nick belonged to a well-to-do middle-class family from England. He disliked football from the beginning and would not go to play whenever his father would force him to. He even used to be a milkman after his period at Ipswich Town. Eventually, he took football seriously and became a goalkeeper.
Born in Cambridgeshire’s Soham, Nick Pope went to King’s School in neighboring Ely. An Ipswich Town season ticket holder, he began his career in the club’s youth system at the age of 10 and stayed with the club until he was discharged at the age of 16. After being released by Ipswich Town, he joined non-league team Bury Town in 2008.
After challenging and briefly replacing Marcus Garnham, Pope showed his ability at that level by wearing the number one shirt for Bury Town in a number of first-team matches after making his debut for the club at the age of 16. Pope has also played for West Suffolk College and has represented England Colleges.
Nick Pope was recruited by League One team Charlton Athletic on May 24, 2011, after scouts noticed him during a 2–1 win against Billericay Town. He was then summoned to Charlton for a trial. After impressing staff during a trial, he was signed on a two-year contract after the two clubs agreed on a compensation package that included Charlton hosting Suffolk in a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2012–13 season.
Charlton also paid for Nick Pope to study sports science at the University of Roehampton, in addition to other studies he had planned to do at the University of Nottingham before signing for Charlton. Pope signed a new two-year deal with Charlton Athletic on February 7, 2012.
He made his Charlton and professional debut on 4 May 2013, as a 71st-minute replacement for David Button in a 4–1 home win for Charlton against already relegated Bristol City in the Championship.
In September 2013, Nick Pope signed a new three-year deal with Charlton, stating, “It’s a major club, so to have a long-term future assured, for me, as a player progressing, it’s something you seek for.” Pope signed a new four-year deal with Charlton Athletic on June 5, 2014, ensuring his future with the club until June 2018.
Nick Pope playing for Charlton Athletic
Pope signed a loan contract with Isthmian League Premier Division team Harrow Borough until September 17, 2011. In 19 appearances, Pope kept three clean sheets and saved two penalty kicks. Pope was supposed to join Conference Premier club Kettering Town in December 2011. But the deal fell through due to Kettering being subject to a transfer embargo.
As a result, he joined Conference South team Welling United on a 28-day loan on 21 December 2011. Pope signed a one-month loan with Cambridge United in the Conference Premier on March 7, 2013. He made nine appearances for the club, keeping four clean sheets in the process.
Nick Pope signed a one-month loan with Conference Premier team Aldershot Town on September 26, 2013. He joined League Two team York City on a one-month loan on November 21, 2013, but was returned by Charlton after only two games. Pope returned to York on loan for the remainder of the 2013–14 season on January 16, 2014, recording 16 clean sheets in 24 outings.
Nick Pope playing for York City
Pope joined Bury on loan for the remainder of the 2014–15 season on January 6, 2015. On 17 January 2015, he made his debut in a 1–1 home draw with Wycombe Wanderers. He appeared in 22 games as Bury gained promotion after finishing third in League Two.
Nick Pope signed a three-year contract with newly promoted Premier League team Burnley on July 19, 2016, for an unknown price. Pope made his Premier League debut on September 10, 2017, in the first half of a 1–0 home win over Crystal Palace, replacing the injured Tom Heaton. The next week, on 16 September 2017, he made his Premier League debut in a 1–1 away draw against Liverpool.
Pope signed a new contract extension with Burnley until 2020 on October 9. On July 26, 2018, he dislocated his shoulder after colliding with Sam Cosgrove during Burnley’s 1–1 draw away to Aberdeen in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round.
Nick Pope signed a new deal with Burnley in May 2019, which will originally last until 2023. He had a productive 2019–20 season, playing every minute of Burnley’s Premier League campaign. He preserved 15 clean sheets this season, but was denied the Golden Glove trophy as Burnley surrendered two goals in the season’s final game, a 1–2 home loss to Brighton & Hove Albion.
Burnley drew 1–1 away against Liverpool on July 11, 2020, becoming the season’s only side to defeat Liverpool at Anfield. Pope was praised for his performance in the game, in which he made eight saves to prevent Liverpool from winning.
Pope was called up for the first time to the England national team on March 15, 2018. He was included in England’s 23-man team for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Pope made his debut in a pre-tournament friendly against Costa Rica on June 7, 2018. He came in as a 65th-minute substitute.
On November 17, 2019, Nick Pope made his first competitive international debut in a 4–0 win over Kosovo in the last game of UEFA Euro 2020 qualification. After England defeated Albania 2–0 in March 2021, Pope became the first goalie in England history to preserve a clean sheet in his first six outings.
The Suffolk-born keeper rose quickly through the England ranks, first being called up in March 2018 after making his Premier League debut for Burnley at the start of the 2017-18 season.
Nick Pope’s form for the Clarets caught the eye, with his stats putting him among the top goalkeepers in England as they finished seventh in the top flight during the 2017-18 season, and after numerous trips to Turf Moor, Gareth Southgate chose the former Charlton Athletic man who had started his career in non-league with Bury Town.
With loan spells at Harrow Borough, Welling, Aldershot, Cambridge United, and York City, the farmer’s son has worked his way up through the ranks, and it was a proud moment for the Soham stopper when he made his England debut as a second-half substitute against Costa Rica at Elland Road in June 2018. Nick Pope went on to become a popular character in the Three Lions side.
Unfortunately, a nasty injury suffered only weeks after his return from Russia in a Europa League match against Aberdeen kept Pope out for much of the next season, and he lost his spot in the Burnley team to another England competitor, Tom Heaton.
But, with Heaton leaving for Aston Villa in 2019 and Pope returning to the Clarets, it wasn’t long before he was back in the England fold. His efforts for Burnley and in England training were rewarded as he earned his full international debut in the game against Kosovo in November 2019.

Both of Robin’s parents, who were factory employees and came from a middle-class family in China, were employed there. They put in a lot of effort to support their family of five children. Robin was raised in a low-income environment, but his mother was a pillar of support for him and gave him the motivation to pursue his education.
Li has four sisters and was the family’s sole son.On a two-hour flight from Beijing, to Yangquan, China, manufacturing workers gave birth to five children, the fourth of them was Robin Li. He was accepted at the famous Peking University after being persuaded by his mother to pursue a decent education.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in information management from Peking University in 1991. Later, he relocated to the United States, where he attended the State University of New York, Buffalo, and completed a PhD program in computer science.
Li spent three years creating software for Dow Jones & Co. after graduating from college in order to get a work visa for the United States. His link analysis method, which prioritized Internet search results according to the volume of inbound links to websites, was the subject of an application for and was awarded a U.S. patent in 1996.
The PageRank algorithm, created by Stanford graduate students Larry Page and Sergey Brin and later implemented in the Google search engine, was created in the same year. Li tried to sell Dow Jones his search engine but was turned down. “That’s not what we do,” his boss told him.Li was employed at Infoseek in 1997 as an engineer with a salary of $45,000 annually.
Jerry Yang, the co-founder and millionaire of Yahoo, was introduced to Li and his wife Melissa Ma in Silicon Valley through a friend, Eric Xu.Li and Xu made the decision to create a Chinese search engine after being motivated by Yang’s success. With the help of venture capitalists Bob King, Greg Penner, Scott Walcheck, and Hugo Shong, they distributed their business proposal throughout the Bay Area and obtained $1.2 million as seed funding.
IDG and EPlanet Ventures provided Li and Xu with an extra $10 million in finance after they had returned to Beijing. They created a search indexing program and licensed it to two of the largest websites in China, Sina and Sohu.com, earning money each time a user made a search.
In the early 2000s, Baidu created its own search engine as a result of a disagreement with Sina about licensing payments. In 2004 Baidu started to turn a profit by charging advertisers to be displayed at the top of search results. The $15 million third round of financing for Baidu was funded in part by Google.
Then, Xu quit his job to launch his own venture capital company. In 2005, after becoming the most popular Internet search engine in China, Baidu received buyout approaches from Yahoo, Microsoft, and Google, all for more than $1 billion. Baidu board members decided to sell shares to thwart Li’s departure.
On August 5, 2005, the company held its initial public offering. The shares quickly increased in value, from $27 to $122, on their first day of trading on the Nasdaq, valuing the company at more than $4 billion for a brief period of time and making Li the first person to reach the billionaire status.
As the search industry slows, Li is putting his faith in AI and cars to offer the growth engines that are sorely lacking. Similar to Google Inc., Baidu thinks it has AI advantages that may be applied to the development of driverless technology, such as internet services that customize to each user and computers that behave like people.
To Dongmin Melissa Ma, Robin Li is wed. In 1995, he first encountered her in New York at a party organized for Chinese students who were at the time studying abroad in America.
Having just been dating for six months, they were wed on October 10 of that year. There are currently four kids in the family. It’s claimed that Dongmin inspired Robin to start an online business and earn a living from it, and the rest, as they say, is history.
The pair invests a lot of their time in a variety of charity organizations in China and around the world. Three daughters and a son make up Robin and Dongmin Melissa’s entire family of four kids.

He was included in the second class of “Chinese Software Ten Outstanding Young Persons” in April 2004. He received the “ASEAN Youth Award” in its twelfth session in August 2005. He was recognized in December 2005 as one of the “CCTV 2005 Chinese Economic Figures of The Year.” He was recognized by American Business Weekly in December 2006 as the “World’s Best Business Leader” for the year.
Police received a missing person complaint for Zhang Zixin, a nine-year-old girl, on July 8. As search teams strained to find any sign of her, millions of people around China kept a careful eye on the situation. The two vanished from the face of the planet on July 7, the day they were meant to return the girl to her home.
On July 8, the family notified the police that a member was missing. In what the authorities determined to be a double suicide, the couple was discovered drowned in a lake close to Ningbo the same day. A lifeless body was discovered in the East China Sea on July 14, but the fate of the girl remained unknown and continued to plague the nation.
A person claiming to be Zhang’s father posted the following on Baidu as they awaited the results of the autopsy, which later confirmed that the deceased girl was Zhang: “I recently discovered that Zixin had passed away and was on her way to heaven. I was not fortunate enough to be her father for much longer in this world.
But I do hope that she will still be my daughter in the future life, in which case I will absolutely look out for her better. The post went viral right away because it confused and infuriated Chinese internet users at the same time. While some questioned the true identity of the account owner, many others quickly came to the opinion that the father was an opportunistic attention-seeker who sought to absolve himself of blame by acting out his grief.
One internet user asked, “You just lost your child and in some strange way you believed it was the perfect time to publish such a post?”However, it turns out that the criticism was unjustified. In an interview with Beijing News, the girl’s father denied creating the post. Immediately after, incensed internet users turned their ire toward Baidu, whom they suspected of creating a fake account that appeared to be controlled by the girl’s father in order to profit from her unfortunate death.
Baidu issued its first statement regarding this matter on July 13 in response to harsh criticism, claiming that the business had created the account with the father’s knowledge and consent. In order to better understand the situation, the corporation added, “We are getting in touch with Zixin’s father.”
On July 13, in the late evening, Baidu felt compelled to make another statement, claiming that an internal investigation had revealed that an editor had taken over the father’s account and posted the contentious content. “What this editor did violate management policies at Baidu News in the most egregious way possible.
The editor has been sacked, and Baidu said it will undertake a thorough evaluation of its news staff. “We feel humiliated and sorry for hurting the feelings of Zixi’s family and the people,” Baidu added.
Li’s 20 per cent ownership of Baidu, the largest search engine in China, which is situated in Beijing, is where much of his fortune comes from. According to a corporate filing, its mobile application has 622 million active monthly users as of the end of 2021. In addition to directly owning 16 per cent of the stock, Li also has 4 per cent of the shares through his wife, Melissa Ma, who runs a British Virgin Islands-based holding company called Handsome Rewards.
Due to his status as the company’s founder and controlling CEO, he is given credit for them in the net worth computation. Based on an examination of insider transactions, taxes, and market performance, the value of his cash and other assets is determined.
